General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Customer : the person who purchases a product or service from Pet Global Shop. Agreement : any arrangement or agreement between Pet Global Shop and the customer.

2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Pet Global Shop.

3. Offers and prices
All offers are without obligation and while stocks last.
Prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and deliveries
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
Pet Global Shop aims to deliver orders within 5 working days.

5. Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
In the event of late payment, the customer will be in default and will owe statutory interest and collection costs.

6. Returns and cancellations
The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Liability
Pet Global Shop is not liable for damage caused by use of the products. Pet Global Shop's liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.

8. Privacy
Pet Global Shop respects the privacy of the customer and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
Pet Global Shop reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be announced via the website and will take effect 30 days after publication.

10. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Pet Global Shop is located.
